Our History
It was a day in Minneapolis, 1956. The mail arrived bringing the package
that contained Twin City Interviewing Service, Inc.'s first research project.
Filled with instructions, questionnaires, products … everything needed
to conduct the study. The study — a door-to-door product placement with
female heads of households marked our start. In 1999, we changed our name
to The TCI Group — our focus has changed a little but our commitment
to customer service has not.
